CAN. NOT. WAIT. FOR. SUMMER. Spring will have to do, for now. This Spring 2008 Built By Wendy Madras top reminds me of everything summer encompasses-- light, cotton, and WEARABLE. You could go to a nice party or hit the beach in any of her clothing.
I'm always so impressed with this woman. Wendy Mullin is a self-taught designer who always makes flirty, fun but super cool, campy clothes. Whenever I get frustrated trying to sew I remind myself that it takes patience and maybe one day I could make beautiful things like Wendy. I'm not EVEN close to being close to what she can do and she obviously has a knack for designing. A girl can hope, yo.
